The US Senate has agreed to extend the Home Buyers Tax Incentive to September 30, 2010.
It swiftly passed through the House earlier this week.
The first attempt to extend the date from June 30 to September 30 failed because of the political “Pork” that was attached to the bill.
Great news for home buyers that are suffering from the muddling’s of appraisers, loan processors and underwriters…
The reward is a tremendous tax credit of up to $8,000.00.
This is a win for our home buyers and helps build moral for Realtors.
