When it comes to listing and selling your home, a recent study by Terrace 24 Realty out of Atlanta (the Right Coast) determined that the best day to list your home was Thursday. Terrace 24 has determined that homes listed on Thursday often sell faster and for higher prices.
The worst day…Sunday. Who’d a thunk? However, I guess it makes sense…Thursday…buyers are getting amped to drive around and view homes over the weekend. Sunday on the other hand…is a true day of rest after a weekend of open houses and waiting for lock boxes to open ;-).
So to all our future sellers, we will take this into consideration when listing your home to sell.
