Interest Rates Rising Due to S&P Lowering US Credit Rating…Yes | Kris and Kimberly Darney

We’ve not realized an immediate change however, it’s likley as the smoke clears from the Standrd and Poore’s Downgrade of the US credit rating from “AAA” to “AA+”; the first time since S&P began rating countries back in 1941.

So, imagine if your credit rating was dropped from it’s current good (or not so good) rating…would you have to pay more to borrow money? Yes!

Buyers…get those rates locked in and be prepared to jump if your buying a home and wish to benefit from some of the lowest interst rates we have seen in many years.
