Via LA Times: Greta Garbo’s Malibu beach retreat is similar in size, specs, and even market price to the Marion Davies mansion we recently wrote about. Both are around 5,000-6,000 square feet, have five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, and are in the mid-$12 million price range. But Garbo’s “La Esperanza” in Malibu has Davies’ Beverly Hills mansion beat when it comes to beachfront views (200 feet of ocean!) and its nearby “Cape-Cod inspired beach cottage.”
