Her real estate portfolio hasn’t been a source of good luck either. Aguilera’s Hollywood Hills home is still on the market, taking two price cuts since it was originally listed at $7,995,000 in April 2008. It was re-listed in January 2010 and currently holds an asking price of $5,995,000. The modern mid-century home was often referred to as her “bachelorette pad” and her marriage to Jordan Bratman, the reason for putting it on the market. With herdivorce finalized, it wasn’t too surprising to see Aguilera’s Beverly Hills home finally hit the market. After all, this was the pricey pad the pop star and now ex-hubby purchased together from the Osbourne family in 2007.

Before becoming Aguilera’s home, the house served as the humble abode in MTV’s family reality series “The Osbournes.” Public records show Aguilera took the property off Ozzy and Sharon’s hands for $11.5 million, which is 23.3 percent below the asking price of $15,000,000. According to Real Estalker, selling the 10,000-sq ft celebrity estate has been on the to-do list for the past couple of months, first being shown as an off-market property and then a pocket listing. The home is now officially on the market for $13.5 million.

Aguilera’s Beverly Hills mansion is a 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom home situated on a gated, .64-acre lot with high ceilings, tons of light, and an atmosphere that sits on a fence between creativity and elegance. Regardless of decor preferences, the home is a unique piece of Beverly Hills real estate in that it features a gym, game room, gift-wrapping area, movie room, beauty salon, guesthouse with a recording studio, swimming pool with a water slide, grotto, and BBQ area, all in addition to the expected amenities like a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, and sweeping staircase.
