I’m certain there are times that you’ve looked back on a moment or event in your past and felt anguish for one reason or another. Kris and I have done this many times, examining what we should have done or could have done differently.
Here’s some ideas for you to put into action today, and everyday. Move forward, and don’t look back!
Everything that has happened in your life to this minute is unchangeable. It’s history. The greatest waste of energy is in looking back at missed opportunities.
Accept the Unchangeable!
You can control your own thoughts and actions by dwelling on desired results instead of the penalties of failure. The only real control you have in life is that of your immediate thoughts and actions. Since most of what we do is a reflex, subconscious habit, it is wise not to act on emotional impulse. What You can change is your reaction to what others say and do.
Change the Changeable!
Go out of your way to avoid Danger…I’m talking about staying away from negative people. It’s much easier than you think. Don’t get sucked into someone else’s problems, people love to pass the “Hot Potato”
Avoid the Unacceptable!
