Being a Real Estate Agent for many years now, I must say, this last year has been full of challenges! The fact the banks are not letting inventory out on to the market so they can falsely inflate home prices is just nuts…in my opinion.
Reading recent facts on the industries new buzz word “Zombie Foreclosures” makes me wonder if I’m ever going to see the housing market recover.
So, for todays headlines I thought this would be an interesting read….
