Last May, the house used in the Woody Allen comedy “Sleeper” avoided foreclosure, but it looks like a foreclosure filing has been made against the house again, according to the Denver Business Journal.
The home, located at 855 Visionary Trail, Golden, CO 80401, is owned by Denver businessman Michael Dunahay who purchased it in 2006 for $3,425,000. According to the foreclosure filing, Dunahay still owes $2.77 million on a mortgage of $3,130,000.
