The outspoken and somewhat crazy comedian Tracy Morgan – known and loved for his hilarious work on 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live – is taking up residence in some fresh new Manhattan digs after his tropical fish tank caused a fire that damaged his Upper West Side apartment.
Morgan’s new place (thanks, New York Magazine) sounds pretty fancy: it’s part of a set of luxury condos converted from a high-profile commercial building, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, private parking, and a 1,000 square-foot terrace with views of the city. No wonder it was going for $14,900/month in rent.
